In this tab, define the agencies of the organization as well as their properties. These definitions will be used in the Hyper's modules and for the system's documents and forms.
The agencies table
In this table, fill in the Organization's agencies details.
|Agency Name||The name of the agency, as will be displayed in Hyper's modules, tools, formal documents etc.|
|Localized in Country||Select the country of this agency from the list. This list displays the defined countries from the "Countries & Logo" tab.|
|International Time Zone||Select the relevant time zone from the list. In order to add a different time zone, contact the SYE technical support team.|
Agencies System DefinitionsPlease note - the following definition fields should be defined for each of the above agencies.
|Add to Calendars||Select the relevant special dates and holidays. In order to add special dates and holidays contact the support team.|
|Client's Default Doc Folders List||Use this field to define default folders for the Documents tab of the clients. Each folder name should be written in a new row.|
|Responsible Manager||Select the responsible manager of this agency, from the list of users.|
|Team Calendar Color||Select a background color for the agency to make it easily detected in the list of agencies. Black color = No background color.|
|Logo Header Structure||Select the required header structure from the list. Please note - the "Global Details" are always printed at the top left side of the document, the "Local Details" are always printed at the top right side of the document and the logo is printed in the center.|
|Use company Logo 1..3||From the logo images on the "Countries & Logo" tab, select the required image to be printed as the company logo.|
|Default SMS "Sent From" Number||This field was designed for organizations that use the SMS sending option of Hyper. For further information about this option, contact the technical support team. The number in this field will be presented as the sender of the SMS messages in the selected agency. Else, the senders number will be the user's number, as defined in the user's Hyper card.|
Printing definitions and properties
|Local Details for A4 Header||The company details that will be printed at the top of printed documents (as defined in the "Logo Header Structure").|
|Default notes for Local Delivery Note||Define default notes, to be displayed on every local delivery notes.|
|Default Notes for Local Return Goods||Define default notes, to be displayed on every local return goods.|
|Default Notes for Local Tax Invoice||Define default notes, to be displayed on every produced local Tax Invoice.|
|Default Notes for Local Credit Invoice||Define default notes, to be displayed on every produced local Credit Invoice.|
|Default Notes for Local Receipt Form||Define default notes, to be displayed on every produced local Receipt form.|
|Default Notes for Local Refund Form||Define default notes, to be displayed on every produced local Refund form.|
|Default Product Return Policy||The product return policy of the organization. The policy should be written in the local language of the agency. This policy will be printed on every Invoice, Receipt and delivery note.|
|Prompt Text for Electronic Funds Transfer||This text will be printed on every electronic funds transfer form, made by the organization.|
|Compress A4 Margin||Compress the A4 margin in order to adjust it to the perforating and filing.|
|A4 Stationery top, Bottom Space in mm||The top and bottom spaces in mm, separated by a comma. For example: 30,18.|
|Local Date Mask: Date Before Month||Choose whether to define and display the dates in Hyper in the following mask: DD:MM. Choose "NO" for a date mask of MM:DD.|
|Local Date Mask: Weekend on Fri-Sat||Choose the local weekend days. Select "NO" in order to define the weekend as Sat-Sun.|
|Sign Receipt & Refund over Touch/Pad||Define whether to allow using a Touch Screen / Pad, for signing receipts and refunds.|
|Auto Create Journal Entries Against Stockroom Name||After every sale, a journal entry will be created for the selected stockroom.|
|Decrease Foreign Exchange Rate on Receipts||This is a fixed rate, that will be decreased on every currency exchange. When the "FX Rate offset (%) on Conversion Wizard" is defined, the system will take the higher rate (as "protection spread" for the organization). This value is relevant for receipts, refunds and currencies exchange.|
|FX Rate offset (%) on Conversion Wizard||This is a fixed rate offset (%) that will be decreased on every currency exchange. When the "Decrease Foreign Exchange Rate on Receipts" field is defined, the system will take the higher rate (as "protection spread" for the organization). This value is relevant for receipts, refunds and currencies exchange.|
