Built-in Docs Printing Customization

This tab is used for defining the formal documents templates of Hyper. As default, these documents templates were defined in the system, according to the common needs. The available formal documents list is dispalyed at the top of this tab. The selected fields for the required formal document, are relevant to this documents only.

Create New Document Template

In order to create a new document template, follow the next steps:

  1. Select the required document from the list at the top of this tab:
    Document name Description
    Delivery Note without price fields This is a local document only, since international documents must include the price fields.
    Delivery Note BK Currency This document displays the prices and rates in the Bookkeeping currency.
    Delivery Note Foreign Currency A delivery note with rates and prices in selected foreign currency.
    Return of Goods without price fields This is a local document only, since international documents must include the price fields.
    Return of Goods BK Currency This document displays the prices and rates in the Bookkeeping currency.
    Return of Goods Foreign Currency Return of Goods formal document, that displays the rates in selected foreign currency.
    Tax Invoice BK Currency Tax Invoice document, in the Bookkeeping currency.
    Tax Invoice Foreign Currency Tax Invoice documents, in selected foreign currency.
    Credit Tax Invoice BK Currency Cresit Tax Invoice document, that display the rates and prices in the Bookkeeping currency.
    Credit Tax Invoice Foreign Currency Credit tax Invoice document, in the required foreign currency.
    Order BK Currency Order form, in the bookkeeping currency.
    Order Foreign Currency Order form, that displays rates and prices in selected foreign currency.
    Please note - the Bookkeeping currency is defined in the Bookkeeping tab, of the System Fundamentals.
  2. Fill in the relevant definition fields, for the selected document:
    Field Title Description
    Column The displayed order of the document's data columns. The number of the column will be automatically updated for each added column.
    Type Define the required type of data to display in this column.
    Table Name Select the required table from the list, to display its fields values.
    Field Name Select the field from the list of the selected table's fields.
    Width in mm Define the width of the selected column.
    Text Styling Select the require style for the text, by using the following letters:
    • B - bold.
    • I - Italic.
    • U - Underline.
    • S - Strikethrough.
    The selected letters can be written as a string (e.g. BIU).
    Visual Name The visual name of the selected field (according to the selected "Field Name"). This field can not be editted.
  3. In order to create a new template, define at least two data columns. Each column is defined be addidng a new row to the table and filling in the required fields. Use the right click menu or alternatively press Ctrl+Enter, to add new rows.
  4. Press the Save Settings button, to save the new settings and modifications.
Please note - delete all rows to reload the default templates of the system.

Action Buttons

The following action buttons are available at the bottom of this tab:

Save Settings Save the the new definitions and modifications.
Reload Settings Cancel the modifications and reload the recent saved data.
Delete Delete the selected document template. Please note - deleted templates can not be recovered.
